Dear Parents/Guardians,
The grade six, seven, and eight students will be participating in a friendly softball tournament in Starbuck on Friday, May 17 They will be leaving around 9:10 am and returning around 3:00 p.m. The first games begin at 9:45 a.m. Students should be dressed appropriately for the activity and the weather. Students should bring athletic clothing, outdoor running shoes, hat and sunglasses, and a glove. If you do not have a glove J.A. Cuddy will lend you one for the day.
You may bring your own equipment but students are expected to be responsible for it for the duration of the day.
There will be a canteen available, but students are encouraged to bring their own water bottles, lunches (no microwave available), snacks for throughout the day, and sunscreen.
J.A. Cuddy school expects that to participate in this event, students must keep up with all academic school work and demonstrate responsible, respectful, and kind behaviours towards others at school (on the playground and in the hallway and classroom). Failure to meet these expectations will result in staying at school.
