Dear Families,
Thank you for registering your child for our KinderSTART program. The KinderSTART Program allows our potential new Kindergarten students to have the opportunity to experience a classroom environment.
This program is offered at no cost to families. Classes will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Due to high enrollment numbers, we will have two separate classes. Group A will be our morning group which will run from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Group B will be our afternoon group, running from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Class lists are currently being worked on and will be sent to parents later this week.
The principal philosophy of KinderSTART is to provide a happy, healthy, and stimulating environment for pre-Kindergarten-aged children in the run-up to Kindergarten. Our focus is on preparing the children for Kindergarten, concentrating on socialization through play, literacy, and numeracy skills. The following values shape the program:

Children will be met by their teacher Mrs. Zink at the front gymnasium doors. Bussing is not available for our Kindergarten Preparation Program.
**Children are encouraged to bring water and snacks in a small backpack and appropriate indoor/outdoor footwear.
Our Kinderstart program will begin on Tuesday, October 24th and run to May 30, 2024.
